Why I can't log in or sign up to Epica Beauty

If you're having trouble creating an account or logging in, try the suggestions below.

I can't create an account

When creating your account, make sure that:

• all required fields are completed;
• email address is entered correctly;
• password and password confirmation match;
• you have a stable internet connection.

I can't log in automatically

After creating your account, tap Download on the App Store in the Log in automatically section.

If automatic login doesn't work, open the Epica Beauty app and sign in manually using the same email address you used during sign-up.

I can't log in manually

Make sure you're using the correct email address and password associated with your Epica Beauty account.

Forgot your password?

Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset your password.
