How do I cancel the automatic renewal of a subscription?

If you no longer want your subscription to renew automatically, you can turn off auto-renewal directly in the Epica Beauty app.

Follow the steps below to cancel automatic renewal.

Step 1

Open Epica Beauty app, go to Profile and tap your profile name at the top of the screen.

Step 2

Select My Plans and tap View Active Plans.

Step 3

If prompted, sign in to your account.

On the Active Plans screen, tap Turn off auto-renewal next to your active subscription.

Step 4

Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your cancellation until you reach the Subscription Cancelled confirmation screen.
