I can't access my subscription. What should I do?
If you have a paid subscription and do not have access to the content in the app, you need to check whether you've logged in with a proper email address.
To do so:
• Go to the "Profile" section in the app
• Check if the email address is the one you used while registering
If the email is wrong, you need to log in with the proper one:
On Apple devices:
• Click Log out
• Click on the "Log in" icon in the bottom part of the Sign Up screen
• Enter your email address connected to the Epica account and password
• Restart the app
If the email is correct, and you still do not have access, please contact us via email support@epica-beauty.com, and we will check it for you.
