Is there a cancellation period?

Our subscriptions are auto-renewable and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

Subscribed from within the iOS or Android app?
You can cancel your subscription through your Apple Store or PlayStore settings as outlined below:

Subscribed through the website?
You can cancel your trial or deactivate the automatic renewal of your subscription by visiting the Epica Manage Subscription. Use the same password you use in the app to log in. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it in the application.
